TURNING IDEAS INTO REAL-WORLD SOLUTIONS
Matrix’s R&D facility in Henderson, Western Australia, is staffed by a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and technical specialists. With backgrounds across advanced manufacturing, materials science, mechanical engineering, and chemistry, the team works closely with our production, testing, and quality assurance teams to accelerate development, reduce risk and deliver smarter commercial outcomes.
We collaborate with industry partners, research institutions, and government to bring new ideas to market faster. Recent initiatives include:
