02

Engineering & Design

Our engineering capability combines deep technical expertise with practical execution. We understand the science behind our advanced materials and apply that knowledge to deliver real-world solutions. From initial concept to final product, we work closely with our customers to engineer composite systems that are lighter, stronger, and safer. These solutions are developed for performance and precision, with a clear focus on manufacturability and on-time delivery.

03

Facilities

Our 85,000 m² site in Henderson, WA, is built for scale and performance. It houses the world’s largest syntactic foam plant and integrates automation, LEAN manufacturing, in-house testing, and materials processing under one roof. With direct access to major transport routes, we enable global delivery and accelerate development – without compromising on quality or control.

04

Materials Development

We engineer advanced composite materials that solve real-world challenges by replacing conventional materials, improving durability, and enhancing performance. All formulations are developed and tested in-house for strength, thermal stability, and chemical resistance – ensuring readiness for manufacture and proven operational reliability. Our integrated approach enables rapid progression from concept to production.

05

Mechanical, Chemical & Wear Testing

Our in-house testing facility verifies product performance in the harshest environments. From deepwater hyperbaric chambers to abrasion, fatigue, and chemical resistance testing, we simulate real-world conditions to ensure reliability. Fully integrated with engineering and manufacturing, our testing validates materials and products to ASTM, ISO, and API standards, with third-party witnessing available.
