Alison Terry

Independent Non-Executive Director

Alison is a highly experienced executive and non-executive director with over 20 years of governance, corporate affairs, sustainability and legal experience in major companies nationally. Most recently she held a leadership role at Fortescue Metals Group in their Executive team as the Director of Sustainability and Corporate Affairs and Joint Company Secretary.

Alison is currently a Non-Executive Director at RAC Insurance, Bannerman Energy Limited (ASX:BMN), UN Women Australia and the Black Swan State Theatre Company of Western Australia. Previously, she was a Non-Executive Director at Australian Super, where she was a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. Alison also held the position of Non-Executive Director at NBN Tasmania.
