NEW COLLABORATION AGREEMENT TO BUILD CAPABILITY IN WESTERN AUSTRALIA

West Australian companies Matrix Composites & Engineering and Echo Marine Group are pleased to announce a new collaboration agreement to pursue specialist naval related opportunities, bringing together a range of complementary skills and technical expertise to offer world class value-added solutions.
Matrix and Echo are neighbours within the Australian Marine Complex in Henderson, Western Australia and have worked successfully together on numerous prior projects. Echo – through extensive support from Naval Ship Management Australia – currently assists with the sustainment of the ANZAC class vessels on numerous tasks.

“This agreement is a testament to the positive relationship that we have fostered with Echo over the years,” Mr Begley said. “Our complementary capabilities provide us with an exciting opportunity to develop fully integrated composite solutions for our naval customers, thus enhancing the long-term sustainment of naval platforms.”
